CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit and a fee equal to 50% of the remaining service balance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Deposits are nonrefundable. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be responsible for the applicable cancellation fee. A new deposit and any outstanding fees must be paid before booking another appointment. By booking an appointment with CHV Salon, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
